Below you find examples of the analysis of asbestos in a wide range of materials.
This list is not complete. There is a whole range of additional and sometimes quite exotic materials that may contain asbestos like squeeze-type gaskets made of copper, distance pieces taken from double walled flasks like in vacuum flasks, brake linings, small electronic devices, etc.
Please bear in mind, that all listed materials may also occur in asbestos-free forms, for example fiber cements with non-hazardous organic fibres in place of asbestos.
